3. Player Safety & Conduct

A. Safety First

We aim to provide a safe and positive environment. Parents/guardians agree to:

Ensure their child is physically able to participate

Pick up and drop off players on time

B. Behavior Expectations

Players and families agree to:

Show respect to coaches, referees, teammates, and families
Follow coaching instructions
Promote a positive playing environment
Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior

We reserve the right to remove any player or parent from a program if behavior violates these expectations.

4. Communication

By registering for a program or entering your information online, you agree to receive:

Emails or texts about schedules, weather updates, and program information
Occasional promotions or announcements

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

5. Media & Photo Consent

During programs, we may take photos or videos of players for:

Training analysis
Website and social media content
Promotional materials

6. Merchandise Purchases

All clothing or gear purchased from the Joga Bonito Academy shop is subject to:

The posted return policy
Availability of stock

By participating in Joga Bonito Academy programs, parents understand and agree that:

Soccer is a physical activity with possible risks
Joga Bonito Academy, its coaches, and staff are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal property damage
Parents/guardians accept responsibility for their child’s participation

We always work to keep the environment safe, but no activity is risk-free.
